Crisis

We still have a crisis! While the cost of living is increasing (e.g., education, gas, housing), incomes are decreasing sometimes 20-30 thousand dollars. This is occurring while many individuals have had a standard of living based on a previously stable and higher income. To recover from this difficult situation, many IT professionals have taken certain steps. I have received information about individuals selling their homes to buy cheaper homes, going into apartments or smaller homes now to combat future problems, and some losing homes. Many individuals are moving to other states to get the income or cost of living that is acceptable and to support the standard of living they had been accustomed to. What are we to do? Is the above the resolution to the problem? What do you think?
